From the moment we walk through the door, the whole team is friendly, welcoming and supportive. The admin staff are always helpful and do their best to work appointments around our busy family life, which we really appreciate and Andrea often comes out to greet my children and takes the time to interact with them, which makes them feel comfortable straight away. I love coming to NAPA! It’s my favourite day of the week when I wake up on a Friday morning. From being greeted to the friendly reception staff to my sessions with the most amazing therapists.
