What amazing customer service! I called NAPA on Gibraltar Way in Aurora to see if they carried key fob batteries for my Lexus. Caden answered and said to come on down and he'd check to see what kind of battery I needed and to see if it was in stock. My husband went right down Caden checked it for us and popped a brand new battery in! That's what I call excellent service! Thanks, Caden! Ellen McV
