Excellent help! Late night stop with Engine trouble. Person at the counter, Jose, tried everything he could to help us get home from Salem to Tualatin. And indeed we made it. So thankful for this store and the assistance and patience from Jose.
Not worth your time
I brought my 2019 Ford Ranger in because it had a “blind spot error” which basically means that something is wrong with the module that controls that among other things. I asked the clerk if they could deal with this and he assured me that his “two certified mechanics” could. Two hours later he called me and said “sorry but you’ll have to take your truck to the Ford dealer “. I paid $100 for 100% of nothing.
