The woman was unnecessarily rude to all customers
Worst Napa I have ever used. Bought a set of brake calipers for a jeep. When I got them home one of the calipers had parts missing. Tried to take it back and that's when it went south. They didn't want to refund the money. Finally got the core charge back and kept the busted part. Then the main guy over the store called and said they needed the part back. My wife explained to him that we paid $80 for that part. He told her that it was our word against the people at the store and the part didn't even look like anything they h... read more
