Friday 13th March 2026 455pm The lady on the phone was very rude because it was about closing time and she didn't wanna talk I am broke down on the side of the road with a lifetime warranty on my radiator and they said I have to have my receipt. I said my receipt may be at home . She said that wasn't her problem that they don't have the technology auto zone has to see it I actually purchased the radiator . I recommend they higher someone that knows what there doing

Went to get a belt for my car and they had to order one, man at the counter doubted me and ordered two different belts so when I went to pick it up, I was given the wrong one even after double checking that it was the correct one. Closed on Sundays so I couldn’t exchange it when I took my belt off and had to go to a different store entirely to get the correct size.
