Had an issue with a pressure washer from Canadian Tire which is still under warranty, instead of giving us a new replacement item, they've sent us to Napa Williams Lake for a repair.. very friendly and helpful staff, so better buy your products direct @ the Napa Store, this people realy care about their customers..

I got outstanding service from WL Forestry today . The staff made a great effort to find the right parts and accessories for my Weed Whacker .
The young lady at the till had me to carry my own parts as a pregnant 8 month old lady, my hands were packed with parts and a few young men around that she could've asked to help bring to my vehicle however, as a pregnant women I just let it be, it would have been nice if she offered anyone else to carry it for me, to my vehicle Terrible service I wish you had done better on that part
Walked to the counter three times stuff in hand and ready. Was completely looked over, this place has not changed since my last visit for fr pants. but it kept on getting recommended by others. Not Me!.
