Bought a battery at 100 mile house NAPA, paid a refundable $20 core charge. We were in Williams Lake and decided to return the old battery and collect the $20 core charge, had my receipt from 100 mile NAPA. The guy at the desk in WL told me they would only give me $15 because it was a different store - what ?? I said you can see on the receipt I paid $20 - my question is where did the other $5 go and why didn't I get my full $20 back - NAPA is Napa - someone needs to explain because the guy at the desk didn't.
