How about treating their customers young or old with more respect.Hearing what happened to our neighbor gave me a bad feeling about how they treat others. I will No longer shop at NAPA
Should work on better customer service. Judging customers by their appearances, an automotive place of all places. Should expect greasy dirty people to come in. Are they dense to the fact that mechanics get dirty. Oh yeah because they are behind a counter and not under a car. So I see why they would miss that connection.
