I'm a small one man shop and buy a lot of parts. I'm completely done with Napa. They won't stand behind their parts, I have even been sold used parts in new boxes. At least O'Reilly will exchange with no questions asked. I have no problem returning defective parts from Rockauto vs Napa. And the cherry on top is the 30-50% premium they charge for the same Chinese parts as everyone else with employees that couldn't care less. I'll never walk into a napa again.
Had the unique Facet fuel pump on the shelf. Cody even went the extra mile to ensure it was what I needed.
Great staff, answered questions clearly and offered advice!
