Spent close to $500 on hydraulic oil, and hydraulic hoses for my tractor. Had a hose that was cut to the wrong length and was not happy to drive back to the store, when I returned instead of making it right the owner berated me in front of a whole store. Garbage excuse for customer service, don't have the idiot on staff cutting hundreds of dollars worth of hose. Pretty simple.
Came here for a hard to find seal. They took time to look through their book and try to find one close or cross reference. Unfortunately wasn't in stock and I couldn't wait. However, they provided me all the the info (that isn't really searchable to a consumer) needed to find one in town. Really appreciate them going above and beyond, never had a bad experience here.
