Spent close to $500 on hydraulic oil, and hydraulic hoses for my tractor. Had a hose that was cut to the wrong length and was not happy to drive back to the store, when I returned instead of making it right the owner berated me in front of a whole store. Garbage excuse for customer service, don't have the idiot on staff cutting hundreds of dollars worth of hose. Pretty simple.
