Easy to order online and easy for pickup. Jim was very helpful trying to identify an incorrect Napa number I had for brake pads and took the time to look up potential items and provided suggestions so we can match up the brake pads and caliper. Very good service .

I had bought a fuel filter from the Purdy Washington store and was treated very poorly. I brought the same fuel filter that was defective to the Gig Harbor location and AJ at the counter swapped me out with a brand new fuel filter, which is $173.00 in under 15 minutes. AJ should help the other location- 5 stars AJ
They have a great staff and are super helpful. I hear they are under new management and it must be working well.
