John was explaining things talking under his breath the whole time and not even explaining what was going on. Didn't tell me my total until after I had to ask and for some reason wasn't able to give me my normal customer deal that I've gotten there for over 20 years. Worst transaction there ever. Tim seemed extremely hungover and definitely didn't want to be there you could tell. Never recommending silverdale napa to anyone ever again
Gotta tell you. I came in to buy a new AAA battery… and the team there told me my battery was purchased at oreilly’s and could still be under warranty. Are you kidding me? How easy would have been for them to sell me a new battery? They didn’t. I left and went to O’Reilly and got it replaced it under warranty. This is how you win customers. I’ll keep bring my business to this store.
I’ve been going here enough that the same guys are always helping me. They’re knowledgeable and nice.
