Unprofessional Rude I get it. Who wants to be at work doing their jobs when you could instead be at work angry and rude to customers.
This place was a LOT better when it was Standard Auto Parts. I was at an auto shop yesterday waiting for my rruck to get done. One of the mechanics came out to apologize for the wait and informed me they we waiting for parts they ordered from NAPA over a couple hours ago. When the parts finally did show up, they were being delivered by door dash. I kid you not. Door dash. NAPA is too cheap to hire their own drivers. I added a star because the door dash driver delivered all the right parts.
