I purchased the wrong battery at a Napa store but lost the receipt. The store was unable to refund my money because it wasn’t sold at their store. I couldn’t remember what store I purchased it at because I travel frequently. They did help me get the proper size battery and gave me a good discount which was better than the military discount. The battery fit and came with a 2 year warranty.
Only person who waved to help was the dover who didn't know where things were. He even walled over to the man and women holding the counter and they blew him off. Some guy walks from the back and completely ignored me until I say I'm going ti go somewhere else. Went to OReileys, as soon as I walked in they asked me what I needed and had me in and out in 5 minutes.
