Great counter help
Went into the store in the a.m. to order pads and rotors for my son's 2004 Ford ranger, they ordered rear rotors to God knows what vehicle (son's truck uses drums and we never even talked about that) then they told my son when he went to pick up the parts that I prepaid for, that the only break pads they had were $83 because the top of the lines all they had. But then when I called to complain they magically had $65 standard pads after all. I literally did not and my son did not have time for all this b.s. with our busy sche... read more
on hold for 30 minutes. hung up and a called back and they answered then on hold for another 10 mins to find out when they could have something in. horrible service.
Great service
For a bunch of old men who you would think would have their act together. Are the absolute worst I will never do business with these people again they can keep the money that they have already charged me and because they didn't give me a receipt because there's just stupid. Never again. They are so unorganized they put me on hold for 5 minutes after I took the screenshot I told them that I was on hold for 5 minutes and they put me on hold again very unprofessional
