Beautiful new store, well stocked. Poorly trained staff (probably poorly paid too) and one guy has the worst oral hygiene ever with nasty black teeth and breath that would kill a vulture (no self-respect and obviously the boss hasn't done anything about it). I've worked for NAPA in many capacities over the last 38 years and I expect them to be top notch, best-in-the-business, worth the extra dollar type of parts place...not this one (or any other parts place on the coast really). Quite disappointed with what I've seen here.
