I purchase thousands of dollars a month through all of of walker stores in Raleigh. I called asking for a couple of cans of Freon to be delivered to my job site and I was told that unless I was an established customer they did not want my business. Extremely disappointing
Abysmal. “You should have called a tow from the gas station in the first place.” The gas station that’s across the street. After 3 incorrect batteries that the associate looked up. 3 wrong batteries and the customer is the problem?
The salesman matched the part I needed but only had one of the two that I needed. He then found a kit that had them both. I was very happy because the dealership didn't have the part, because it was aftermarket and I had problems finding it. I was told by my brother... if NAPA doesn't have it, you probably won't find it. He's a mechanic who has dealt with them for over 30 years. Very good to know that all parts can be found if you shop at NAPA.
