Napa of New Bern use door dash to deliver their products for free. I had a order to international that I was not able to deliver so I took it back to the store. The staff was very aggressive and rude I was blocked from picking up orders which was no problem because Napa don't pay they are using door dash as a free delivery service but it effected my account where I can't dash when I want to. Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me resolve the replacement battery situation with my 91 964 Turbo in about 10 minutes. Had the correct battery in stock.
