Miss MaryRose was extremely helpful and got us the right part the first time. She was genuine and had great customer service skills. I really appreciate her help and even offering to carry my new part to the vehicle as I was heavily pregnant at the time.

I can't say enough great things about this store and the people that work there! When every other auto parts store in this area said they couldn't help me, Napa helped. I was having a hard time finding a part for my car, the store manager Jeff there went above and beyond to help locate one. He then helped me get set up with a local mechanic to take care of it.
