I have done business with TJ and Kaela now since Oct of 2011. As a local Napa Auto Care center and a AAA certified repair facility here in Voorheesville as Albany Speed Shop. I find them very attentive and generally focused on customer service. I'm disappointed to hear the former review had a difficult time understanding the program for the .99 qt of oil with the purchase of a gold oil filter.
