It took half a day for the starter to get there, I went home empty handed earlier this morning, but cashier Dawn made it acceptable.
Great customer service!! We were passing through town overnight and woke up at the hotel to 2 dead batteries in our truck, we called Napa as we use them in VA for our parts and we explained we were at the hotel.standed and needed batteries the gentleman at Napa was kind enough to send someone out to the hotel.to.deliver them to us. What awesome customer service...thank you all so much! We got batteries delivered to us faster than door dash can bring a pizza lol!!
