My husband's new trucks' 'windshield wiper flew off during a horrid rain storm on his way coming to pick me up from work in Bigfork. It was almost 6pm, their closing time, and I phoned panicked as the visibility was poor. I asked if they would wait for us to buy a new blade before they closed, which by then it was 6pm. The customer service used to be pretty good. Now I spend more time waiting in line while someone stairs at me and they call 4 other people ahead of me. Been shopping here for 20 years. This has happened multiple times lately. I get summer is busy but I’ll spend the time driving to Kalispell rather than getting passed up for 30 min in your store.
Hunter was so helpful he even installed the wiper I purchased!!!
