Knowlegeable
Simply rude and condescending I bought the products from them but when I have a question about their products they have to go in circles and just simply saying I don't know don't try to over talk somebody you don't always know more than everybody so condescending and rude is not the way to go
Van Wickle Napa here in Point Boro is great. I've been shopping here for most of my auto parts for a few years now and they have been wonderful to deal with. Craig runs the day-to-day operations at this store and is always at the counter helping and chatting with the customers. Napa quality is excellent, too. That's usually understated in today's market, but it is essential to having your car, or your customer's car, working like it should.
