Amazing customer service! Josh at the local Boulder Napa store turned a what was headed for a bad experience around 180 degrees. (Heads up to watch for "Accessory" purchases online which can't be returned at local stores) Continued great customer service online rounded out the experience.
Upon being greeted exceptionally well verbally, my eyes were greeted with well dressed handsomely educated young men. I can immediately tell presentation is often implemented as I was astonished with the amount of eye candy walking around! Great job Napa university in boulder colorado! Keep those standards high!
