Have only been in here a few times but every time they are helpful, knowledgeable and even help with advice on things I have questions about!
Very knowledgeable people, experienced from both sides of the same counter from ordering parts working at other shops in town to going in myself for my automotive needs. Can always count on these guys
save yourself some time and go else where. the person behind the counter was not only rude to me but overhearing how he talked about the other customer after he hung up with them .Just rude keep your thoughts to your self it's called customer service. when aking about the item I needed he was just very uninformed and informed me he didn't even work on vehicles so he wasn't sure.
I went in to Napa to get my car battery tested. Robert and Michael were super helpful in testing my battery and helping me get a new one. They even took out my old battery and put in the new one for me. I appreciate their help so much.
