I went in to Napa to get my car battery tested. Robert and Michael were super helpful in testing my battery and helping me get a new one. They even took out my old battery and put in the new one for me. I appreciate their help so much.
Not only bad customer service, would not refund and or replace the defective product I purchased. I will never shop for my automotive need from them again.
