I went in with a NAPA battery I had purchased for my wife's car about 5 months ago. It went completely dead during this cold snap. -I had bought this one in particular because of their 1 year no hassle policy- I still had the original receipt, paperwork etc, but was told that since this battery "although quite weak, still showed a charge" they wouldn't trade it for another one. The old guy offered to put it on their store charger for a couple hours if I wanted to come back later for it & see if it'd work better then.. Umm no... read more
