Always have the parts that i need
Napa at one time was a trusted name in automotive parts and service and I was disappointed to discover that is not the case at this location. I purchased a 3 year warranty premium battery in July and by December the battery was already unserviceable. I brought the battery back and it was exchanged under warranty by an employee there with no questions asked as you would expect. Everytime I go in it’s a hassle, this time I asked to see an item to make sure it’s the correct size and was told it’s not feasible unless I know the specifics because it’s a lot of work to get down, totally annoyed by me asking to buy a product, terrible store lost a sale again
I've been coming here for many, many years for my batteries. They always came with at least a 3-year warranty and batteries typically die shortly before the 3 years. I always received at least some type of credit toward a new battery purchase. Now with the ownership change, they no longer honor anything and failed to tell you that when you purchase a battery, as well as the fact that they don't help you put it in. Yesterday I got a tool car and was used and damage, they gave me a discount. Today o decide to return it cause was really in bad condition. The person who received it, a young man with blue eyes, with a bad attitude, told me that it is not relevant to him whether the store loses the money or not, he still gets paid. Don't put people like that to serve your companies, because you as a company lose customers.
