I called and got to speak to the manager Kayla at the Ithaca store, and asked if they had a few parts I needed. She was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. When I went inside they had the parts at the counter, the assistant manager Bill went outside and helped install a customers wiper. Would recommend.
Love the people there.
The gentlemen at NAPA got me the materials I needed to keep working at a fair price. Thank you!
