Friendly staff. This store is well stocked for all makes and models.
We were road tripping to King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley California from Buckley Washington and Travis saved the whole trip! I’ve worked in the industry over 13 years so I always do the work myself and ordered the RV alternator we needed online. This Napa location was the only one between all three states that had one in stock. Amazing! The issue? It’s Sunday and Napa closes at 5pm and GPS said we wouldn’t arrive until 5:19pm. Great resources available for all you repair needs. The well educated staff are extremely helpful. I went there looking for parts to put an air compressor hose back together which was not an easy task. They worked diligently to make it happen! I highly recommend them for the excellent customer service and knowledge!
