Customer service needs improvement. If I'm spelling my name for you, you spell it wrong and I'm trying to help you spell it correctly, it's not "close enough" as you laugh it off while keeping my name incorrect. Very unprofessional, especially coming from an 'older gentleman'. Would have expected a teen to behave that way, not someone older with I'm assuming more respect for their profession.
I have always gotten great service from this store. I often find their prices to be significantly less than the big box parts stores and it’s nice knowing this is where many professional mechanics get their parts. That speaks to true quality parts
