I visited multiple auto parts stores today looking for a 2 gauge battery terminal. Most of the Auto Parts stores, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and though they couldn’t help me find what I needed, the customer service was good. When I came into this store, and came up to the counter, the staff continued their non-business related conversation while I stood there and waited at the counter.
