I used to go to the store all the time this specific location on 17th Street in Sarasota. Today is the final day that I stopped going there. The customer service there was so poor and disrespectful I didn't even get in the door. The internet said they were already open. At 8:00 exactly a guy walks up to let his co-worker in, I walked around my truck and asked are you open he replied with an attitude saying now we are bro. The guy has no customer service.

Very poor customer service. I waited in line behind three people to return a part and buy a trailer wheel stud. The employee accepted my return but refused to help me buy the stud, saying he was alone and that there was “a full wall of studs.” He told me to wait again until he helped the 3–4 people who were behind me in line. I had already waited my turn, and being pushed aside like that was rude and unprofessional. Think twice before coming here.

Let me give u a five cause my husband works for a tire place we love this location and get many parts here . Also some dude on Nextdoor said he was writing a bd review cause u were covered in tattoos who cares sometimes ppm worry about the wrong things these men are hard working and very knowledgeable
