They overcharge for basic work and kept the car for 2 days for a quick job. Spent all the labor time looking at things I didn’t ask for I guess. Quality has gone way down, wouldn’t recommend anymore if I’m being honest.
Our car broke down on the way back into Canada. The Napa team were very accommodating and professional. They went over and above in their help and we would highly recommend them
Recently moved to sumas from everson so I’ve been shopping at the sumas store the last few times I’ve needed parts. The younger guy behind the counter I believed named Parker is great. Very friendly and professional. I’ve mostly dealt with him and have nothing but nice things to say. Store seems week outfitted with stuff on the sales floor. Thanks for everything Napa crew
