500 miles from home, and over an hour away from our destination south of rapid city we had our spare tire blow (already had a flat earlier in the trip), the the other main tire on the camper was going flat(valve stems brew out, 103 degrees and 500 miles of driving). I limped in to Napa thinking I could fix it in the parking lot, and the 2 tire shop guys (I'm an idiot and can't remember their names), gave me valve stems so I could stay on the road. Had a screw in a tire. The young gentleman had it fixed quickly. No charge. We will be back to buy our tires here. Excellent customer service !
Great place for your auto part needs ! We Had to pull in to Napa ,our Serpentine Belt broke on the way into Sturgis , we coasted to Napa , They were closed , but an Employee helped us out with a Tool ! What a Gracious thing ! we Absolutely Appreciated the Help ! Thank you !
