Awful service from Jd Weber. If I had followed his direction he would have destroyed my Audi. He's the manager needs replacement He even came out to look at my car..video support. He could have corrected his mistake. I'm of Color of course he did this lin a very White town. Initially asked for help regarding the lug nut needed to replace a 2014 beetle. He had no clue what to tell me do I bought and adjusting item that doesn't work. He said he had no clue to help. Again he's manager bye
I called ahead about a bulb I needed for my car. I gave year, make and model of my vehicle. I was not told that there was more than one option for my vehicle. I went home, took my car apart only to find that the part they gave me was wrong. I called and the employee said that there are options. Well, that’s great. Why wasn’t I told that so I could have either taken the old bulb out, called the dealer or looked online at their website?
