Excellent, speedy service! Jake was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly changed my battery so that we could make it to the airport on time! Very impressed.
Jake was so friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery and he took a call from my husband to order ahead of time so I could just run in and grab it (kids in tow) but Jake went above and beyond! Installed the battery right in the parking lot. Super fast and easy. Thanks Jake!!

Craig is the MAN!!!! He took care of me, helped me put in a new battery and windshield wipers. He is just one of the amazing employees at Napa!! His boss should give him a raise.. haha kidding- kinda! His boss and owner Dave is also one of a kind. It’s rare to find a chain business in a small town that’s locally owned and operated. There’s no doubt in my mind that Dave doesn’t treat every single one of his employees well. I won’t bring my business anywhere else. Thanks Napa of Steamboat!!!
