This place is the worst. I've been there probably 7 or 8 times; and every time I tell myself I'll never go back. After today, I'm officially done. I will sooner spend a fortune at Do It Best or drive far out of Ambridge than go here again. Every single time I've been there, I've spent my first 15 minutes searching through their dusty and disorganized stock. Never once has anyone approached me or yelled over to see if I need help. I went in the other day to get wiper blades. I got a lot of help getting the blades. When I went home to put them on, I couldn't figure out how to replace them. I drove back down to napa and Patrick was amazing! He came out and replaced the wipers for me. I tried giving him a tip and he refused to take it from me!
