So, NAPA is still getting deliveries in a residential area at hours between 10pm and 5am. We live here. We have to go to work. Stop getting your 18 wheeler truck deliveries when working Americans are trying to sleep. I spoke to NAPA corporate and they claimed it would stop, but it did not. This is getting old and tiresome. Im sick and tired of being woke up at 3 am on Tuesday morning. STOP 12/5/24 - NAPAs trash collection rolled thru at 4:30am today. I wish every Thursday of my life didn't start this early
