I had a bad experience with the Napa in West Olympia. I called to price some parts, and waited on hold for 5 minutes to be told by someone that they would connect me to the parts counter. After being on hold for an additional 5 minutes I hung up. I called back 20 minutes later. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I again hung up. I called the Napa in Lacey twice and got busy signals. I called O'Reilly's in Tumwater, someone answered the phone, and I ordered my parts. Won't even try with Napa again.
