Ordered an item online to pick up. 6 days later, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. Lo and behold, the item is there and had been for who knows how long. I literally could have had it shipped to my house in less than 6 days. What a waste of time

I would give less than a stat if possible. Ordered parts in the morning was told would arrive around 1130. Did not receive them until after 430 and that was after I had called three times to check on them and was told they were in fact in store waiting for delivery. Delivery times are poor at best. Especially when I saw delivery car pass by at least 3 times before receiving my parts.

This store may be conveniently located, which was a trap for me, but it's a BIG MISTAKE to rely on NAPA. All their prices are 20-50%+ more and for lesser quality parts often. The average clerk doesn't seem to know what they're talking about and somehow the experience always takes a lot longer than it should. They sold me a wrong oil pressure switch which results in cracking an engine block costing me thousands. Another time I went in for a cabin air filter, shortly after I found out that it was a fraction of the price elsewh... read more

The prices seem to be extremely high. I ordered a starter relay and they wanted $50 for it and AutoZone carries one for $16. I end up buying one online with free shipping for $4. There was another time I went in there and bought some carburetor cleaner and was $15. Bi-Mart carrys the same one for 6 bucks. If you check online you can find a lot of prices a lot cheaper than Napa Auto parts. And you can match the parts with the pictures and get the right parts. I've gone to Napa many times and they've given me the wrong parts.
