I ordered a part that I needed that day, I got a call from the Napa store to tell me that my part was accidentally shipped to the wrong store. They sent someone on an hour and a half trip to get my part so I would have it on time! You just don't find that kind of service nowadays. Give the manager a raise!!!
bad experience, spoke with someone called aaron. very hateful and i have never been back.
Their employees like to run people off the road while driving their company vehicles (truck 25). They also like to flip people off after almost hitting them.
