The guys there are pretty knowledgeable but the lady with the black hair is rude and argumentative. Returned a part that was wrong, she told me that they didn't do refunds on electronics. After 5 minutes of "discussions" I received my refund. I know it's a 12 mile drive but will go to Morrilton in the future, that group is great. Conway's store needs a long class on customer service.
I ordered a part that I needed that day, I got a call from the Napa store to tell me that my part was accidentally shipped to the wrong store. They sent someone on an hour and a half trip to get my part so I would have it on time! You just don't find that kind of service nowadays. Give the manager a raise!!!
bad experience, spoke with someone called aaron. very hateful and i have never been back.
