I tell them im doin a oil change on a peterbilt 379... I tell them I need 12 gallons of oil. They give me 12 quarts. I said no, I need 12 gallons. It was like pulling teeth to get them to understand what im saying. Needless to say I made it home and they gave me the wrong oil filter... smfh...
