I love that NAPA employees know what company I work for which makes it quicker for me to get in and out.
I called and these guys are horrible with customer service. First guy picked up the phone I didn't understand a word he said. I hung up called back second guy answer by saying hello! Like I was bothering him and never said the script ex:("hi thanks for calling Napa") if they have that script. So I ask the guy were I'm calling and I mentioned to him what happened to the other guy he said he had heard the other guy answering my call and told me to hold on.
