I've shopped here for years and they've never been good with online orders. Unfortunately their refusal to accept online returns without paper receipts (even with online proof)is a policy no other auto parts has and makes them a store I won't shop at anymore. I hate leaving a poor review, but poor store policies earn poor reviews.
