Ive been to the queensbury Napa a few times and have delt with a younger knowledgeable person named John that was very patient knowledgeable and diligent and has gone above and beyond every time I've gone to the store for different reasons and he is always top notch weather he is working with myself or other customers. I would only recommend him and the other gentleman at that store with the big beard
Went above and beyond being helpful. Highly recommend this one!
