I had to replace a CV axle on my 4Runner in the middle of a long road trip with my girlfriend, and the staff here were incredibly helpful and nice – they let me borrow tools I was missing, helped me find parts, and even brought us both coffee!! Thank you so much :) it made our second long day of parking lot repairs in a row much nicer.
Back in January I had some health issues and my car remained idle for about four months. The battery was dead, so I had it jumped. It seemed to be working after that, but I started having trouble starting it after awhile. I ran this by some of the crew at Napa Auto Parts and they suggested I bring it in the next day to have it tested. The test indicated it should be replaced.
