Tom was great. He checked both our batteries and then checked our two new batteries b/c we were traveling and wanted to make sure they were good. He was very knowledgeable and kind.
They had the battery I need in stock that got me back on the road
If I could give more stars I would. We were on vacation when we started having car troubles. This location was so helpful. Needless to say, i was more than stressed. Christy went above and beyond to help us. Actually every person in the store was so helpful and helped us get back on the road.
The worst store since it went corporate and stopped being a private owned Napa .
