They had the battery I need in stock that got me back on the road
If I could give more stars I would. We were on vacation when we started having car troubles. This location was so helpful. Needless to say, i was more than stressed. Christy went above and beyond to help us. Actually every person in the store was so helpful and helped us get back on the road.
The worst store since it went corporate and stopped being a private owned Napa .
The storefront is very small. Seems to be more of a parts shop for local businesses. They didn't have what we were looking for (cleaning products), so we ended up going to another store. Also, we stood at the front counter for 5-10 minutes before someone came to check us out.
Great team workers, great service.
