i just want to say that you need to hire people who want to work. i came in for parts and the girl was there VAPING and ignoring me to flirt with another mechanic. she spent over 5 minutes ignoring me just to flirt and vape, when she finally "tried" to help me she had no idea what i was talking about or what i needed. she is incompetent ant and has no idea what she is doing, nor does she care about customer service.
