I cannot express enough gratitude and thanks to the owners and staff for going above and beyond. Friday afternoon, 30 min before closing, and during a holiday weekend, my alternator failed. I was 12 hours away from home. The staff came in on Sat to fix my car and the owners suggested a great hotel, drove me there, and picked me up the next day. They could have waited until normal business hours on Monday, but they took care of me, as a person, and I am humbly grateful. Thank you.
I'm not sure how they have a 4.5. Worse service I have experience. They are wasting payroll with the lady sitting and playing games on her phone. Went to O'Reilly, and I bought the parts in and out in the time I stood around waiting for the heavy girl to finish her game at NAPA.
I needed windshield wipers. They were quick to find what I needed and then put them on for me.
