Older white bald gentlemen with the long beard was quite rude, i asked him if he could help me find out some info on my vehicle because i was told napa was able to help out, he then tries to sell me a item i asked for information on the item he said “are you gonna buy” “i’m not gonna tell you, i’m in sales “ with a smart attitude
Since our review was posted we have been contacted by the owner and he has offered to make it right and provide a refund. That was a good and decent way to conduct business. Thank you Scooter.
