Classic NAPA experience. IYKYK
I went in to simply refill my propane tank. I’ve done it on three other occasions at this location. It’s always been smooth until I interacted with this Scott character. After handling my credit card to pay this employee named Scott asked me for my phone number. I asked why do you need my number to process a simple transaction? He said some nonsense about it’s in the event they have an issue with the system, which makes no sense. I run a biz myself and have never had to get a customers number. I was in last Saturday for wiper blades, and they’re just wiper blades, but the friendly customer service David provided was exceptional. Great customer service is imperative to continued success, and David is an asset to this Napa!
