Napa's been a pretty good store I'm glad they're still around
Pretty high prices
Needed a radiator for my Chevy. Told me it would be $390. Got the same one at AutoZone for $135. Fast forward 4 months. Wife’s car dies. She goes to Napa. $360 for a new battery. Got the same one for $ 150 at AutoZone . The mark up isn’t worth the convenience.
When I go for car parts they always have what I need or order it and it comes very soon, Mike is very great.
Had a battery issue, took the right guy to figure out how to use the scanner to tell which one. Glad they had a replacement battery in stock, but was disappointed by the lack of knowledge on using the scanning tool.
