It's a good auto parts store even though they didn't have what I needed.
I had a fantastic experience at the Riebes Napa Auto Parts in Loomis thanks to Clint! He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed, and he did it with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. Clint was thorough in explaining everything, incredibly helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His excellent customer service truly sets this store apart, I’ll definitely continue coming back because of the great service I received.
The manager always takes good care of us here
No ones in the store and Cliff (I pretty sure that’s not his name, that’s what he told me ) gives me a sarcastic tone as he seems bothered I’m there, I called him out on it, he could have cared less. Asked for a manager July 29, 2025 4:15pm he can’t find the manager. Asked him for his last name and ee number he says I don’t have to tell you that. I walked out and on the way he’s sarcastically saying, Have a nice day, Have a nice day. All the way out the door. $700 sale just left
Stopped in to get some windshield wiper fluid and couldn't find it for the life of me. So I asked one of the employees and he couldn't find it either because they had just rearranged the stop and were doing a bunch of construction in the back but he checked their updated map and was able to locate it tucked away. Appreciated the help and the fact he couldn't find it either at first 😂
