No ones in the store and Cliff (I pretty sure that’s not his name, that’s what he told me ) gives me a sarcastic tone as he seems bothered I’m there, I called him out on it, he could have cared less. Asked for a manager July 29, 2025 4:15pm he can’t find the manager. Asked him for his last name and ee number he says I don’t have to tell you that. I walked out and on the way he’s sarcastically saying, Have a nice day, Have a nice day. All the way out the door. $700 sale just left
Stopped in to get some windshield wiper fluid and couldn't find it for the life of me. So I asked one of the employees and he couldn't find it either because they had just rearranged the stop and were doing a bunch of construction in the back but he checked their updated map and was able to locate it tucked away. Appreciated the help and the fact he couldn't find it either at first 😂
Don't come here if you loose your receipt! They may tell you they save your phone number in the computer well that's a lie!! Bought 2 batteries less than a year ago and they refused to swap them out and claimed they had no record of the sale. BS. I literally went to another location they gladly exchanged them and was super easy. Thanks for nothing Loomis location just lost a customer that spends a lot of money monthly on parts.
I had a bad experience with NAPA Auto Parts' shock absorbers. They failed quickly and were made in China. NAPA does not guarantee the quality of their parts, and they refused to replace them. 95% of their products are imported—stick to USA-made parts if you want quality.
